Ingredients
- 1 cup organic quick oats
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 medium grated apple
- 1 large grated carrot
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup organic coconut oil
- 1/3 cup organic raw honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and if needed, use your hands to bring everything together
- Portion out the prepared tray with 2tbsp size balls and press down to make them flatter; resembling a cookie
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
- These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge
