We are GF Precinct – an independent, Australian-owned wholesale bakery making the best artisan gluten-free breads. We develop all of our mixes ourselves & bake our breads fresh in our completely gluten-free bakery in Melbourne. We believe in crafting products with taste and texture that are also natural and healthy.

Ingredients: Filtered water, Stoneground buckwheat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, chia flour, olive oil, organic psyllium husk, yeast, sea salt.

Please note GF Precinct loaves of bread have a short shelf life as they contain no preservatives or fillers. We recommend freezing or refrigerating the bread upon receiving your delivery to extend the best before date.
