When do you order?
Weekly. Produce arrives Monday, is packed and delivered to you within a few hours.
When do we need to order by?
Orders must be placed by Sunday 8pm
I’m not going to be home for hours and its hot, can I get an icepack?
We have insulated boxes that are fully sealed which help retain the cold. However, you can purchase an icepack for $5 from our website. These are re-useable and can be left out for our delivery man unfrozen to be re-used in your next order. They will have your name labelled on them also. Please let us know in the notes section if you need an insulated box.
Why are certain things not available at the moment?
The Certified Organics industry is quite new but is growing at a rapid speed. We can only sell seasonal produce as that is what’s available to us. Some methods like glasshouses are used to grow something ‘out of season’ but generally we eat as mother nature intended.
Can I pick up my order?
No, sorry. We have trialled this method in the past and it was very difficult as the weather got warmer. This is why we offer free and very cheap delivery. If there is a situation and you desperately need to pick it up please contact us and we can arrange something.
Each week’s produce will vary depending on what’s in season, what’s in stock, what is fresh and what the weather has done to the crops and farms. Please sign up to our newsletter and every Friday we will send out an email to give you an idea what will be the in boxes on Monday. Seasonal boxes are subject to last minute change.
Not at this point, our packing facility isn’t big enough at this point to allow for that. However, you can create your own fruit and veg box from the items available on our website.
Can I buy a box for a Gift?
Can I set up a standing automatic order?
Yes. We are working on adding it as an option to our website but until then please email us.
Will I get exactly what I ordered? Not all the time. There are many factors that affect your order which may include not reaching the minimum order as a group (i.e. carrots are 18kg box but only 2kgs has been ordered by the group), supplier stock levels, quality issues or a cancellation by the supplier.
