Pumpkin and Oats Biscuits

400g pumpkin, diced and steamed
1.5 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of almond meal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional sweetener: 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 



  1. Mash steamed pumpkin with a fork
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined
  3. Roll into small balls and pat down on a tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 180’C for 15 minutes (times may vary depending on oven)
