1 clove of garlic
1 head of broccoli
500grms chicken mince
salt and pepper
1 cup of breadcrumbs
oil for cooking
- In a blender or Thermomix add all the veggies and garlic and blend until fine.
- Add the chicken mince, salt, pepper, eggs, and half the cup of breadcrumbs to the blended veggies and mix well.
- form into 50c piece sized balls and flatten slightly while rolling in the remaining breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry in your oil of choice and serve with yogurt, tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
